For large meetings and conferences, this room is able to accommodate up to 80 people auditorium style with tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, new smart TVs, and AV equipment with Zoom functionality.

Our Community Room is designed for large meetings and conferences with the ability to accommodate up to 80 people auditorium style.
There is the option to use suite 207 kitchen and request porter’s help to set up/reset community room (between the hours of 8am-2:30pm only)
Capacity:
Up to 65 individuals in a classroom configuration, 80 individuals in an auditorium configuration
Hours:
Monday through Sunday between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00 pm. We request that the reservation time includes setup and cleanup time
Furnishings:
Contemporary chairs, meeting tables, and serving buffets
Media Tools:
Wi-Fi, new smart TVs, AV equipment with Zoom functionality, computer and HDMI cables for laptop plugin

In addition to shared amenities, The Village offers monthly trainings and resources to nonprofit professionals.

Celebrating 12 Years at The Village on 17th Street
We are excited to share news of our first in person celebration since the pandemic, and elated to celebrate 12 years of community, shared spaces, and partnerships.
Save the date for a Celebration of the Village at 17th Street in our very own courtyard on May 5, 2022 from 12 pm – 2 pm. Join the Orange County Community Foundation, supporters and donors who brought the Village to life, and your neighbors for lunch, celebration and reflection on the power of shared spaces in the nonprofit sector.
